These terms are between [OPERATOR NAME, ADDRESS AND E-MAIL: to be filled in before launch] ('we') and the business or person that signs up ('you'). By signing up or using ZappBot you accept them. If you accept for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
A chat assistant for a business website, and an owner dashboard. The assistant answers visitors' questions from the facts you give it and collects leads and appointments for you. Features and limits depend on your plan; the pricing page lists them.
Give true details and keep sign-in links, codes and keys private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the staff you invite. Tell us at once if you think a link or key was exposed.
A new account starts with a 14-day free trial. After it, the service continues only on a paid plan. Plans and prices are in VND on the pricing page; a price change applies from your next billing period, and we tell you before it does.
You pay in advance for each period by bank transfer or the payment method we show you. We mark a plan as paid when the money reaches us, and the plan runs from that date. If a payment is late we may switch the service to the trial limits or pause it after telling you.
You can cancel at any time; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for, and we do not charge again. You can ask for a refund of a plan payment within 30 days of making it, and we then refund that payment; after 30 days payments are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise. Add-ons and setup fees, if any, are stated when you buy them.
You own the answers, FAQ, wording and data you give the assistant and the leads it collects. You allow us to host, copy and process them only to run the service for you.
You are responsible for them being accurate and lawful, for telling your visitors that they are talking to an automated assistant, for your own privacy notice, and for having the consent the law requires before the chat collects personal data, including from visitors in Vietnam. For visitor data we act as your processor under the privacy policy and the sub-processors page.
Do not use ZappBot to break the law, to send spam or unwanted messages, to mislead or harass people, to infringe anyone's rights, to collect sensitive data the chat is not meant for, to probe or overload the service, or to resell it without our written agreement. Zalo, Meta, WhatsApp and other channels have their own rules, and you must follow them. We may pause an account that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we try to tell you first.
The assistant is a computer program that may use an AI model. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check what it says before relying on it, especially prices, availability, health, legal or safety matters, and set it to hand over to a person where a wrong answer would matter. You, not ZappBot, are responsible for what your business promises to its visitors.
ZappBot works through services run by others, such as Zalo, Meta, Cloudflare and e-mail providers. We are not responsible for their outages, rule changes or decisions to block an account.
The status page is a record of checks, not a commitment. There is no uptime guarantee (SLA) unless we agree one with you in writing. A draft service level proposal is on the service levels page (/sla/); it does not bind us until it is published without the draft label or agreed in writing. We may change or retire a feature, and tell you in advance when the change removes something you rely on.
We keep all rights in ZappBot, its code, design and name. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own business while your account is active. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the service without payment.
ZappBot is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we give no warranty that it is error-free or fits a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost sales or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or any right you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be removed.
You agree to cover us against claims by third parties that come from your content or from your breach of these terms, as far as the law allows.
You may stop using ZappBot and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or pause your account for a serious or repeated breach, for non-payment after notice, or if the law requires. After the account ends you can export your data first; we then delete it on the schedule on the data-location page. Clauses that by their nature continue, such as payment owed, liability and governing law, continue after the end.
We may update these terms. For a change that matters we give at least 30 days' notice by e-mail or in the dashboard, and if you do not agree you can cancel before it applies. Using ZappBot after that date means you accept the change. Last updated: 5 November 2026.
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. We first try to settle a dispute by talking; if that fails, the competent courts of Vietnam decide it. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights that apply where you live are not taken away by this clause.
If part of these terms is not valid, the rest stays in force. You may not transfer your account without our consent. These terms, the privacy policy, the cookie page and the sub-processors page are the whole agreement about ZappBot. Questions: use the contact link at the top of this page.
