There are two price lists. Which one applies depends on how you pay and where your business is based. It does not depend on where a visitor to your site is, and we do not use IP addresses to set a price.
International prices (this page): US dollars, paid by card, open to a business anywhere in the world. Cards are charged in US dollars; your card issuer may convert the amount into your own currency and may add its own fee.
Vietnam prices: Vietnamese dong, paid by bank transfer (VietQR), for a business based in Vietnam. We may ask you to confirm this when you sign up. A business in Vietnam can also take the international price and pay by card.

The limits are the ones the service enforces, read from the same table the code uses. Growth and Pro remove the small branded link in the chat widget.
Starter: the web chat answers from your own facts (up to 50 FAQ answers, 1,500 messages a month). Growth: adds e-mail alerts, the lead webhook and the WhatsApp, Zalo OA and Messenger bots, so leads reach your own tools and the bot answers beyond the website. Pro: 20,000 messages a month and WhatsApp alerts.
Hotels and clinics usually want each lead to reach staff and a booking tool, so Growth is the plan to look at. A small shop that only needs answers on its website can start on Starter. This is our suggestion, not a measured result; the use-case pages for hotels, clinics and shops show the bot with that business's own facts.
The lead webhook is on Growth and Pro. The webhook and the call that sends leads in from your own tool are described on the API and webhooks page.
For hotel groups, clinic chains and franchises: custom message limits set in a contract, every channel and integration switched on, and payment by invoice.
Support is through the contact link on this page and is the same on every plan. Uptime targets are in the draft SLA.

These prices do not yet say whether VAT or sales tax is included. We will say so here before we take a first payment.
